Single Served Pumpkin Pie Mug Cake

Sorry this post came out after Thanksgiving, my mom forgot to send me my picture of the mug cake. At least now I can share it with you all!

I love pumpkin (just not by itself). My favorite thing to make with pumpkin, is pumpkin pie! I love the crispy crust with a sweet pumpkin filling, along with…………… whipped cream.

I’m going to make a pumpkin pie mug cake, just without the crust.

This mug cake is so good! I love it, and I hope you do too!

Here are the ingredients and instructions!

Ingredients

1 egg

1/4 cup Oat flour

1 Tbsp coconut sugar

8-10 drops stevia

1 Tbsp pumpkin puree

1/8 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp baking soda

4 dashes salt

A pinch of cloves

1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/8 tsp cinnamon

Whip cream (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir all ingredients together.

Butter an 8-10 ounce ramekin.

Pour batter into ramekin.

Put in oven for 10-15 minutes.

Pull it out of oven, and let cool for 5 minutes.

Put whip cream on top, and ENJOY!
