Chocolate Mug Cake For One

Did you know this recipe was originally a big birthday cake? Well, it was! I changed this recipe to a delicious, lower sugar, chocolate mug cake! I love it! It’s the best mug cake I have ever made! The frosting is also delicious!!

Here are the ingredients and instructions to making this delicious cake!

1 Tbsp soft butter

1 Tbsp brown coconut sugar

1 large egg

1/4 cup oat flour

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

A pinch salt

1 Tbsp Greek yogurt

5 drops stevia

1/4 tsp vanilla

1 Tbsp room temperate water

1/4 tsp vinegar

3 Tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 Tbsp butter

1/4 tsp vanilla

4 drops stevia

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl (butter, egg, water, vanilla, stevia, and yogurt).

Add the sugar, flour, and cocoa.

Mix altogether slowly.

Add the baking soda, mix in.

Add the vinegar last, so that it can be nice and fluffy.

Oil a 8-10 ounce mug or ramekin.

Pour batter into the mug or ramekin.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until done.

Place butter in a saucepan at low heat.

Once it’s melted, add the vanilla and stevia.

Last but not least, add the chocolate chips.

Mix at all times so that it doesn’t burn.

Once it’s all melted, take off the burner and let cool.

Pour the frosting over the cake and enjoy!!
