My Single-Serve Banana Sunbutter Pancake

This recipe was originally created by my mom, but I added a few changes and made it my own recipe!😊

Again, I love sunbutter! So that’s why I added my favorite butter to the pancake!πŸ˜‰

Here are the ingredients and instructions!πŸ˜‡

Ingredients

1/2 banana

5 Tbls Oat flour

1 egg

A small spoon full of sunbutter

A splash milk (if needed)

1/8 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp of Vanilla

4 drops stevia

1/4 tsp vinegar

Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Once you put the 1/2 of the banana in your bowl, mash it up!

Add in flour, an egg, baking soda, stevia, vanilla, and vinegar.

If your wondering why I add vinegar, it’s because the vinegar and baking soda mixed together helps the pancake puff up!

Try to not mix the batter much. If you stir it too much, the pancake won’t puff up. I want a puffy pancake, don’t you?

If your batter doesn’t look wet enough, feel free to add some milk!

After the batter is all mixed up, set the stove at medium heat. Put a pan on the stove and butter the pan (a spoonful of butter).

After the butter has melted, pour the batter on to the pan.

Once the butter is bubbling and it’s been 2-3 minutes flip the pancake over and wait 1-2 more minutes.

Put the chocolate chips on top right after it’s on a plate and off the pan. (Again, it’s optional)

Pour syrup on top after it’s all done and enjoy!😁
